Man May See (TMMS) raises funds for vision research, education, and
patient care.
TMMS was founded in 1971 as a 501(c)(3) public charity at the University of California,
San Francisco. All funds raised support the UCSF Department of Ophthalmology
and the Francis I. Proctor Foundation.
In the quest to eliminate eye disease and provide hope for future generations,
teams of UCSF’s world-renowned clinician scientists address the most complex
vision challenges with highly collaborative and innovative approaches. Active
in all areas of ophthalmology, this faculty is an important resource for the
Bay Area, our nation, and the world.
